Hi, I’m Cassandra Le (she/they)!
I’m a bubble tea-lovin’, travel enthusiast, sassy human, and culture critic. I work as a marketing consultant, personal brand strategist, and multicultural creator.
I’ve been producing content on the Internet since I was 13 years old, which then turned into…
- Building and sunsetting a location-independent creative marketing and media agency.
- Exploring nuanced conversations on culture and identity on my podcast, I’m Lost, So What?
- And creating video content on personal branding, career advice, journaling, and planning for a more intentional lifestyle.
I believe when we have more space to think, dream, play, and create, we can create true change in our communities, the way we show up, and for the world (yeap, we’re going big here).

Creative Marketing + Intentional Systems
Before I was living my best life in Spain, running a location-independent business, and making content creation and production into my full-time job - I was a 13-year-old teenager who had dial-up Internet in my parents’ home, and I had just discovered ‘Mommy blogs and bloggers’.
After avidly following a few, one day I went into the kitchen and confidently told my parents that I would be a blogger when I grew up. My parents, confused, asked me… “What is that and what do they do for work?” My response… “Create content online and share their story.”
In 2014, I moved to Spain to teach English abroad, intending to become a full-time travel blogger. During the two years I taught English, I met my Spanish partner, wrote about what it was like being an Asian-American living in Europe, and shared my travel experiences. In 2016, I decided Spain (and teaching English) wasn’t for me and returned to the USA to work a full-time corporate job - while doing long-distance with my partner. Funnily enough, after a year and a half in corporate, I also realized that wasn’t for me.
In 2017, I quit my full-time job and re-launched my travel blog into The Quirky Pineapple Studio, a creative marketing and media agency. After multiple ‘personal’ rebrands and lots of soul-searching, I found that my multicultural background and many passions boiled down to one common goal: create space for deeper connections - either with myself, for my clients and their audience, my friends and family, or a community while living abroad.
As someone who has anxiety, I found that the more intentional I was with my systems and routines, the more space I had FOR deeper connections. This resulted in more aligned opportunities for work after an adult gap year, cultivating deeper self-love, and making an impact in my communities without selling out on social media.
I want to help brands and professionals do the same - set up sustainable marketing systems, share their story, and use journaling as a tool for self-awareness and advocacy - so you can show up intentionally in your marketing, life, and relationships… thus really making the world a better place (yes, it’s a big thing)!
Thank you for being here. I hope you stay a while.
